Devin Haskell and Tyler Springer represented me in the sale of 2220 S Tacoma Way, an industrial property, in Tacoma. Two existing tenants, each with rents under market, added some complexity - the property didn’t meet return expectations for investors, but also could not be occupied immediately by an owner user. To reach top of market pricing on the sale, Devin and Tyler identified an owner user that would work with both tenants. During feasibility, environmental concerns nearly derailed the deal, but Devin and Tyler quickly stepped in, bringing a trusted environmental consultant in to work with the bank direct to alleviate their concerns. Communication was consistent and professional. We closed on time, and set a new price per foot sales record for Tacoma industrial property.
