Devin Haskell
Senior Associate
I am inspired by the business owners, families, and investors who shape community with the practical and creative use of their real estate.
A Pacific Northwest native, I spent my college summers framing houses around Lake Sammamish. This is how my passion for construction and real estate developed. However, it was my passion for interacting with people that lead me initially into the hospitality sector. I attended the University of Nevada at Las Vegas School of Hospitality Administration and then spent 10 years honing my skills as an operator.
I spent time in Portland, OR, with the decorated James Beard team. The team is responsible for the restaurant, Le Pigeon. In Boston I worked under Related Companies’ Director of Urban Development Ken Himmel’s 40-year-old restaurant group, Himmel Hospitality and in Seattle I worked with longstanding locally based Heavy Restaurant Group.
In 2020, I joined Springer Real Estate to apply my skills in operations management to the commercial real estate world. My interest is in people, their business, and their real estate. My approach is shaped by working to understand the details of a situation. In working with me, you can expect grit, prompt communication, sound ethics and to have a little fun along the way.
